The Reseller Problem Nobody Talks About
Walk the floor at any smart building expo and you will find hundreds of brands selling the same product. A Tuya-powered switch with a different logo. An ESP32 module running someone else's firmware, talking to someone else's cloud, controlled by someone else's app.
It works — until it doesn't. The smart building market's dependency chain means most brands control nothing below the surface. When Tuya changes its API pricing, your margins evaporate. When your chipset vendor discontinues a module, your product line dies. When a customer reports that their blinds don't talk to their thermostat, you open a support ticket with three different companies in three different time zones.
For commercial buildings — hotels managing 200 rooms, banks securing branch offices, logistics hubs tracking energy across loading docks — this fragmentation is not a minor inconvenience. It is an operational risk.
Unless you build the entire stack yourself. That is exactly what Technology Spirits did.
15 SKUs. One Architecture.
Every device communicates over BLE Mesh, managed from a single gateway, a single cloud, and a single app.
Touch Panels
1–4 gang switches. 4" IPS LCD with scene control. Tempered glass, flame retardant.
Smart Thermostat
3-part system: LCD panel + HVAC controller (8 relay outputs) + remote temp sensor.
Power Panels
16A / 4,000W. For AC units, geysers, ovens. Smart dimmers with 6 levels.
Motion & Contact
PIR 360° FOV, ambient light. Contact sensors for doors & windows. 3-year battery life.
Blinds & Curtains
10 Nm blind motors. Curtain tracks up to 4.5m, 50kg load. Panel controls up to 16 units.
Smart Relays
2-channel, fits behind existing switches. No rewiring. Power monitoring variant available.
MHub Gateway
Bridges BLE Mesh to Wi-Fi & AWS Cloud. Offline mode. Up to 256 devices per network.
EV Charger
EV charger up to 22kW. OCPP v1.6j, RFID, load balancing. IP55/IK10 rated.
Siren & Gate
Wireless siren relay. Smart gate controller with obstacle detection. BLE Mesh 5.0.
Every device operates across a -25°C to +50°C range, tolerates 85% humidity, uses flame-retardant materials, and ships with a three-year warranty. These are not consumer gadgets. They are building infrastructure.
256 Devices. Zero Wi-Fi Dependency.
Rather than Wi-Fi — which saturates quickly in dense deployments and dies when the router does — MTronic runs on BLE Mesh, the Bluetooth Low Energy mesh networking standard built on IEEE 802.15.1. Each network supports up to 256 devices in a self-healing mesh topology. If a node fails, traffic reroutes automatically.
The mesh operates independently of the building's Wi-Fi infrastructure. It does not consume Wi-Fi bandwidth, and it works offline. Lights, blinds, HVAC, and scenes all function through the mesh even if the internet connection drops entirely.
The MHub gateway bridges the BLE mesh to the building's Wi-Fi and, from there, to the AWS cloud infrastructure. Remote access, scheduling, energy dashboards, multi-site management — all flow through the cloud. But the building keeps running without it.
Self-Healing Topology
If a node fails, traffic reroutes automatically. No single point of failure across the entire mesh.
Works Offline
All automation runs at the edge, in firmware. Internet outage doesn't mean building outage.
No Wi-Fi Strain
Operates on a separate radio band. 256 devices don't touch your building's Wi-Fi bandwidth.
Edge Intelligence
Scene automation, HVAC occupancy logic, and security triggers run in firmware — not the cloud.
HVAC control deserves particular attention. The thermostat system supports two-stage heating and cooling, heat pump configurations with auxiliary heat, multi-speed fan control, and operating modes including Eco, Comfort, and Circulate. Scene automation ties HVAC to occupancy: when the PIR sensor detects an empty room, the system shifts to Eco mode. When a contact sensor registers a door opening in a hotel room, it triggers the welcome scene.
No White Labels. No Shortcuts.
Technology Spirits designed and built every layer. The hardware — PCB design, component selection, mechanical enclosures — was engineered at TS headquarters in Dubai, with an extended development team in Islamabad. The firmware running on each device was written in-house. The BLE Mesh protocol stack was developed internally. The AWS cloud infrastructure, the mobile applications, the web portal, the automation engine, the device provisioning system: all built by the same team that designed the circuit boards.
The MTronic product was developed in partnership with MRS Electronic GmbH & Co. KG, a German company with over two decades of experience in automotive and industrial electronics. That pedigree matters — working alongside an engineering culture where a firmware bug does not cause an app crash but a vehicle recall raises the bar for everyone involved. The product development happened in Dubai, where the speed of Gulf-market execution meets German engineering rigor.
This is a true OEM operation. No Tuya modules. No white-label chipsets. No third-party protocol dependencies. When a customer reports a problem, there is one company to call, and that company has access to every layer — from the register map on the microcontroller to the Lambda function processing the telemetry in AWS.
"Automation with MTronic is not just a convenience; it's a complete transformation of your everyday living. Our German-engineered products ensure reliability, and our promise to each of our customers is unparalleled service and support."

From Hotel Rooms to Loading Docks
The client list spans verticals in a way that commodity smart home products cannot. DHL Express for logistics facilities. Movenpick, Radisson, Park Regis, Coral Hotel, BM Hotel, Bahi Ajman Palace, and Pearl Hotel in hospitality. HBL Bank in financial services. AIR University in education. Inland Revenue in government.
Each vertical demands different things from the same platform. A hotel needs room-level scene control tied to the property management system and energy reporting per floor. A bank branch needs security sensor integration and after-hours automation. A logistics hub needs power monitoring across high-draw equipment. MTronic serves all of them because the platform was designed as infrastructure, not as a consumer product with enterprise aspirations.
Why Vertical Integration Wins
No EOL Dependency
When a chipset vendor discontinues a module, TS redesigns the board. No vendor lock-in pointing upward.
Faster Iteration
A bug report can result in a firmware update pushed to 500 devices within days. No ticket escalation to Shenzhen.
Single Accountability
One contract. One support line. One company that can debug from the MCU register map to the cloud WebSocket.
Retrofit Economics
Smart relay behind existing switches. A 200-room hotel goes from a 6-month renovation to a 2-week rolling install.
In an industry where most companies assemble products from other people's components, Technology Spirits built a complete product development pipeline: hardware, firmware, mesh networking, cloud, apps, and deployment. Thirty thousand devices into the field, that pipeline is not a prototype. It is a production system.
Built from the inside out.
30,000+ devices. 1,000+ spaces. One engineering team.
